How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If the garage has an approved plan, the specs would indicate type of slab thickness and also garage material used

Excavations for internal walls to be strengthened
Install steel cages and build foundations
Brick up/board up walls
Install power points
Install water points
Finish off walls
Install ceiling
Install floor finishes
Install light and plug points
Desnag and neaten where needed

Company was registered in 2019 but started out way before, with small odd jobs to get my business up and running so in total, would be 7 years
What guarantee does your work come with?
All work is carried out with engineers sign off, where needed and this serves as a guarantee on workmanship.
If engineer isnt needed on site, guarantee will depend on scope of work carried out and also based on material durability
What do you love most about your job?
Each job is different, each client has different ideas and expectations.
The fact, that you are doing a service and building a relationship makes it worthwhile
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family, having to provide makes you want to grow and also be of benefit to others
Why should our clients choose you?
Times are very tough and clients work hard for what they want done at their homes.
I believe, that if clients trust you as the contractor all going forward will get better
