Yes, I have been working online for about 6 years and have trained clients in Europe and the United States.
The minimum requirements are a mat, good visual and audio quality.
I use Skype, Google Meet or WhatsApp and my sessions are fully private.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've always believed in proper gym etiquette. Nothing has changed. A sweat towel is encouraged and I ensure all surfaces are clean.
