I have recently had an experience where I felt that communication could have been better. After changing my payment system it was not explained fully how payments to SARS should be made which led to me making a payment to SARS myself when I was not supposed to. Communication is not a good as it was when I was working with Lusito directly, but I hope that there will be an improvement.
