The size, the height of walls and if its built within building lines.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
1. Ensure the garage size will suit the needs of the client amd submit the plans to council for approval.
2. Add windows as garages usually dont have windows.
3. Check the surface bed walls if there is no mould (usually most garages have this)
4. Remove garage doors and install residential doors. Etc…
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
1. If the loft is spacious enough to be converted.
2. If the staircase and additinal services can be easily added.
3. If there is enough ventilation
