Hi, we conducted waterproofing on the client 's house, 3 years ago, I have been to the house 3 times, last time we re proofed the house was on the 12th October 2024, before the rains even started,how ever, I went again in November after some few rains, all was sorted, now to say we are not responding, it's understandable.

You called me to apologise, but then I come here and see that you're lying and making excuses.

1) the door was mounted the wrong pay and skew
2) the plastering was not complete! and had to be redone
3) the electrical work messed up by your guys which you refused to fix
4) the painting not done
5) cheap doors that arent exterior doors bought for exterior purposes
6) 2 gates were paid for but not delivered
7) the doors were delivered but not even installed

I had paid more than the agreed amount and you kept asking for more and then disappeared. I was calling and calling you. Is this how you do business?? The receipts you provided too werent correct, so please stop trying to fool me and others More...

You are lying Chris.. The only issue was not the door and I ended up paying more than the agreed amount and you did not contact me or agree to anything. you disappeared

With respect, the job was was done, yes i understand anout the door and we agreed to mot pay the balance as this was to compensate for the door.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Chris is not a scammer or anything. But he is genuinely incompetent when it comes to the world of contracting.

I gave Chris a small job:
1- cut and install windows and a door in two different places

Result:
Chris and his guys bought the cheapest barn doors that are already falling apart to install as exterior doors-- unbelievable!

Not only that but he installed the door frames the wrong way around AND it was skew.. I couldnt believe it when I saw it.

He also messed up my electricals but didnt admit to it even though the wire was clearly cut by his guys.

He never came back to complete the job because apparently he under quoted me. When I asked for receipts of materials he sent me some old receipts that had nothing to do with my job.

Again Chris is not a bad guy, but he is in over his head and seriously should not be doing this type of work. He does not have an actual team. He goes running around for painters and tilers..

He truly is not good at his job and should find another profession to avoid costing people money. More...

Hi , firstly let me start by apologizing, I understand all this, at first when i came for Qoute, i told you all what i can be done, i then worked on all the prices ,and you said the price is very high, i tried all i can to come to terms with your budget, when i was running short of materials, i called you again ,i explained to you will give me extra funds to finish the job which then decided not to, However, with all this on my shoulders, i tried to work with the resources that i have, The only thing that you were not happy with was the door, i came back to the site to check the electric cable's, and i told you that you need to change the cables as there now exposed ,and that was not part of my co contract. You, kept the remaining money, and i understood, I sent to you all the invoices of the materials i bought, 4 months after the job,you then say i gave you the wrong invoices.

I contacted Chris about work to be done at my home. He visited my home and the same afternoon I received a quote for the repair work that is needed. Once the work started, it was done professionally with good communication. The staff are friendly and allowed us to provide on items that needed a little more work. Hi Lucinda, the paint we used there was a good quality paint, it means the bathrooms doesn't get more air for moisture to ease. However, I came to your house twice and we rectified the issue on the walls and the bath we did do as there was Loadsheding and even said to me , you will let us know which day will suit so we can come back when there are lights and also when you are home. All iam waiting for is to let me know when to come through, we gladly attend to client's concerns.

Chris has been doing painting and renovating at my house in Northcliff over many years, the quality of the work has always been excellent and Chris always conducts himself professionally.
