We have two wonderful experiences with this company. Mr. Mbombo and Mr. Recardo were exceptional drivers. Mr.Mbombo, a former police officer, made us feel welcome comfortable and safe! He took us on an unforgettable day tour of the Cape of Good Hope. We learned a lot about the history and biodiversity on this drive. We give him 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you!! Mr. Recardo picked us up from a family gathering about 1.5 hours outside of Cape Town at 9:30pm. He was extremely professional, courtesy and most importantly, safe! Highly recommended shuttle service! We had two awesome weeks with our drivers Dimitri and Mbombo. They were always on time and drove us safely from A to B. During our drives we were shown the most beautiful places in and around Cape Town and you can definitely trust their recommendations! The drivers knew exactly where to go and drop us off. Would recommend this shuttle service and our driver - Monray! We had the services for 12 hours for a road trip type of day - pick up and drop time was very efficient and accurate. Our group had our own itinerary of where we wanted to go, but Monray is a long-time local who knew the best time to see places, exactly where to drop us off, safety measures, and best places to eat. Do not book this service.l, especially if you need to be at the airport on time, as they just do not pitch. I have booked and paid, confirming the driver 3 times the day before, even spoke to the driver myself. The morning at 4.45, after waiting 25 minutes, the initial appointed driver informed me that they have changed drivers during the night and there is absolutely nothing he can do about it. He also did not give me the new driver's name or contact details. Their service is pathetic and unreliable, will see if I will be refunded the R600 that I paid, as I had to take my own car and need to pay parking for a long period of time, due to their unprofessional service. They say on Facebook that they are open always, that is a lie, as the emergency number I called at 5 this morning did not work, it is now 2 hours later and I am still waiting for someone to call me back or a driver to ask why I am not at my pick up point. We used the service for many parts of our trip including airport transfers and a day trip to boulders beach and the Winelands. Most journeys went smoothly although one airport collection had terrible communication which involved the driver being there but not knowing really who he was collecting. Our day trip from Capetown to the Winelands via Boulders beach was great. Nawaaz, our driver was very well presented and was excited to take us out for the day showing off the best that South Africa has to offer. He had ideas as well as listening to his guests. Despite being paid upfront R5600 for a return “ safe and reliable shuttle promised” it was anything but that!! Late arrival 2 hrs after predetermined time and rendezvous. NO communication or pre-warning , no one answering calls to find out the ETA. Ruined my daughters 21st planned party!! Top it off they went AWOL once they finally dropped the party contingent off ( despite it being 2 hrs later than booked ) they never returned to take my daughter and her friend back to stellies.
