Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the service, especially given the positive reviews I had seen beforehand. It was clear the team was under pressure and running behind schedule, as the job ended quite late at 22:30.

Some areas could be improved:
- Cleanup was incomplete, with chipped concrete left behind.
- Unused drilled holes were not patched.
- My vacuum cleaner was used and unfortunately damaged, which was not communicated.
- Start times provided were not accurate.

On a positive note, the actual device is working very well, and I appreciate the effort of the staff under challenging circumstances. I hope these points can be addressed in the future to improve the overall experience. More...
