Hired this gentleman and he made me buy new tiles for no reason which he never used, said he repaired my roof and now I have new leaking areas, contacted him and he never came,did not even communicate that he wasn’t coming.

He gave me good advice concerning the maintanence needed on my property, however most of the items I request him to repair had to be done more than once or half done. He repaired cracks in the wall but on could see the sections that were repaired. It was visible and he could not correct it. After giving him a chance to correct it, I deducted monies from his final invoice for work not done and work that had to be redone by another contractor. He was not happy at all. He sent me a list of the items bought for the en-suite, which had no invoice, to justify that I paid him less than what he spent. Reliable , Honest and Excellent workmanship.

Have worked with Brilliant in the past hence decided to go ahead with them on this project as well, needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the unprofessional manner! Never provided me with a complete list of hardware requirements I was forced to frequent hardware shops daily, did bathroom reno left it in an unacceptable state. 2 broken tiles, shower handle not fitted properly, sewage pipe left exposed no grout or tile covered the opening in the wall, entire bathroom covered in hardened grout!! As an experienced contractor he should know better, grout is still on the wall tiles & cannot be removed. A nightmare at this stage to remove.
Fitted door handles on new doors, all crooked with missing screws that are different colours, he cut down a door to the wrong size & had to glue the piece back which made the new door very unsightly. Despite reaching out to him numerous times my messages & phone calls fell on deaf ears. I'm extremely pissed and dissatisfied at his unprofessional behaviour.

Brilliant is very reliable. His work is professional and he does it well. His prices are also very reasonable. I like that he shows up on time as requested. I highly recommend him
