This guy did my initial installation and subsequent upgrade to it as well. He even went so far as to take the 4 Channel recorder and sell it on my behalf, as I had to upgrade to a larger one.
Excellent service, very fast, and very neat. Would recommend him to anyone needing security cameras installed.

No it is a hands on the work that we do. Not able to do it remotely unless the customer has given permission to link to his camera device to change settings or check errors on camera
