Total no show. Very disappointing. Booked the trip on the 17th March. Supplied date, time and flight details. They confirmed it was booked. Arrived at OR Tambo after 36 hours of traveling to find that we have been dropped. I contacted Julie. She said that she will contact Neil. She told that Neil had left awhile ago and is stuck in traffic on the freeway. We had to catch another taxi from the airport. Drove on the same freeway that Neil was supposedly stuck on, only to find it totally clear. So basically. At this point, I would not recommend them at all. We apologize profusely once again I am not sure which highway you travelled on but Neil was caught in a road block and was almost at ORT when you decided to catch an Uber instead. It was the first time that Neil didn’t make it on time . We did offer to compensate you for the inconvenience caused .
