His team required minimum supervision since they all new exactly what was required and simply got the job done. They went over and above what was merely required to get the job done. I used bark and got a call from BH Construction. Did quote for paving and artificial grass. Price was reasonable. I got the guys to come and do the job.
From Manager, to foreman and the guys, they are very friendly and hardworking. There were constant open communication. I did quote but ended up doing much more paving in other areas of my property. The work done is from a professional view and they always confirm with you how you want the design to be.
I will defuse them in the near future again.

The apartments are big and spacious, but the whole complex is really not safe. Anyone can enter without any supervision. The maintenance is non existent you can tell that the owners had a big vision for the place, but it's not being maintained well.
