Avoid Bh construction at all costs. Communication is poor, contracts are not respected, and the workmanship is unprofessional. They send roadside unqualified people, waste time on-site, and then pressure you for payment. The photos on their profile are misleading and don’t reflect the quality of their work. Lastly the address on their page/quote is false and does not exist, do your findings about them lastly they are not registered with the accreditation on their profile as claim, Save yourself the stress and look for a reputable, qualified contractor.Boldness is very unprofessional and business like this should be reported to Saps, they do not fix things instead cause more damage that would cost you more, use them at your own risk!! His team required minimum supervision since they all new exactly what was required and simply got the job done. They went over and above what was merely required to get the job done. I used bark and got a call from BH Construction. Did quote for paving and artificial grass. Price was reasonable. I got the guys to come and do the job.
From Manager, to foreman and the guys, they are very friendly and hardworking. There were constant open communication. I did quote but ended up doing much more paving in other areas of my property. The work done is from a professional view and they always confirm with you how you want the design to be.
I will defuse them in the near future again.

The apartments are big and spacious, but the whole complex is really not safe. Anyone can enter without any supervision. The maintenance is non existent you can tell that the owners had a big vision for the place, but it's not being maintained well.
