Math Core tuition
Math core is a compulsory subject taken in Senior High School, particularly by those learners embarking to pursue the Sciences. Guidelines set by the Department of Education in the NSC, IEB, and Cambridge curricula are strictly adhered to. Extended topics are incorporated into the Math Core curriculum, assisting learners to excel. Learners are urged to follow the strict guidelines set by the Academy to attain phenomenal results in their scholastic careers.
Advanced Programme Maths Tuition
The AP Math curriculum is internationally configured and designed to meet with the requirements of students keen to study in the Engineering Sciences, Computer Science and Actuarial Science. The program at the Academy is offered for a duration of three years with its inception in grade 10 through to grade 12. The IEB (Independent Exam Board) endorses two disciplines of Math. The first discipline is the Algebra and Calculus module. The second discipline is the elective modules. The Arolecon Matiese has chosen Graph Theory and Matrices as its elective in the second discipline, as it's considered to be the most beneficial elective for the above mentioned Faculties of Sciences. Intensive programs are prepared through the course of the AP Math Program to meet with specific needs of all candidates who endeavour to study the discipline.
Physics tuition
The Academy strictly adheres to Physics and not Chemistry. Learners are encouraged to conduct chemistry practicals in school labs under supervision. Chemistry is a theoretically based entity and is prefaced primarily by practicals, which are an integral part of the subject. Vector Mathematics is a module offered to Physics learners in grades 10, 11, and 12. Vectors and matrices are underlying tools for Physics.
