I am a 38year old female that has been working with Ivan Ronald for the past two weeks. I have successfully completed 2 sessions with Mr Ivan Ronald and a free 30minute session.
Our sessions have been interactive, hands on and in depth. Ivan has worked on self esteem methods especially on dealing with my emotions. He has provided me with practical techniques that I have been applying to my daily life.
We have focused on Personal Development thus far. By including daily meditation and keeping a journal for tracking my emotions I have been able to prepare for any u expected situations. We have also delved into Emotional intelligence which has helped me tremendously since I have just been through a break up. Showing empathy and compassion to oneself has tremendous benefits. Which I have experienced.
I am looking forward to the next session. Ivan has helped me grow and develop in the last two weeks already i am eager and curious to experience further growth into becoming the best version of myself. Thank you again Ivan.
