We've been in business since 2016, that's 6 years.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We offer latent liability on all new work and extensions and six (6) months defect liability on all work done to existing infrastructure (the liability only covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damages due to misuse/over-use and or damages due to vis Majeure)

The potential for untapped market in the private sector, the desperation of clients to have organised construction service providers drove us into the industry, we bring in organisation, due diligence, quality at a fraction of the cost.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We comply to covid 19 regulations by providing our staff with correct and preventative protective clothing and sanitary detergents when they enter a site. We also provide weekly health and safety toolbox talks to our staff to ensure that they understand the concepts of Occupational health and safety in the workplace.
Building construction
We build residential properties ranging from perimeter walls, foundations of buildings, superstructure, roofing and finishings.

We provide architectural services remotely, and physically. We also provide technical advice for potential clients
Waterproofing
We provide damp and waterproofing services to any form of structure old and new, low laying, subsurface or high-rise. Be it metal substrate, concrete, bituminous, PVC/HDPE etc. We provide suitable water retaining and averting methods and workmanship that are eco-friendly and durable to stand the test of time and environmental adversities.
Flooring and wall cladding
We provide all forms of flooring and cladding methods bonded/unbonded/floating, be it laminated flooring, tiling, epoxy, stone cladding,gamazineor coating or polished granolithic screeds
Pavements and surfacing
We provide all forms of pavement/surfacing construction be it concrete beds, brick pavements, stone laying, aggregate pitching, asphalt, poured rubber/bonded rubber (EPDM/TPV/SBR, natural and artificial grass. We also offer best technical advice on the best strategy to tackle pavement issues such as the soil mechanics and drainage in order to build a pavement that stands the test of time.
Building renovations and extensions
