What do you love most about your job?
We understand how precious data has become for all computer users. Not being able to use your PC or access data can be very unpleasant or even crippling for most people, hence our help actually heals a lot of headaches and even heartache.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The increased need for reliable IT solutions in an atmosphere where every communication has become virtual. Computers, like other electronic devices break every now and then, and not every fault requires a person to replace their whole PC, hence the need for reliable PC repair service, affordable accessories. spares and even used PCs.

We do callouts, to assist clients that cannot leave their homes/offices. Most of our work requires hands on technical assessment and repair. However where applicable we can connect to clients computers remotely and sort out their problem.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because our work is contact based, all machines are sanitized before and after handling, technicians sanitize their hands before, during and after working on every machine. All our worktables are regularly sanitized around the clock. Technicians wear protective masks as they work on every computer they touch.
All our technicians have been vaccinated to protect both our team and our clients.
