Counselling

Was nervous to attend my first every therapy session but Sam made it easy by being gentle and genuine. Would recommend for those who find the stereotypical "counselling speak" off-putting.

Q&As

Being in the realm of mental wellness, I enjoy being part of my client's healing journey and to celebrate their transformation. To be able to see their breakthroughs, is very heartening.

Before founding Cupplets Creatives, I was a cake artist at Cupplets for over 10 years. During this creative journey, I began to explore myself more deeply, and I experienced firsthand the positive impact of art on my well-being. My inquisitiveness has guided me to embark on my art therapy journey to become an art therapist.

Art has a way of exploring the unspoken. If this feels like a good fit for you, I strongly encourage you to take the first step. During our sessions, I integrate talk and imaginative therapy using a compassionate and person-centered approach.

Yes, we provide online service and walk and talk therapy which is held outdoor.

What is walk and talk therapy?
Known as walk and talk therapy, is a type of psychotherapy that takes place while the client and therapist are walking. It is a relatively new form of therapy, but it is becoming increasingly popular due to its many benefits.

First online session: $100/hour, subsequent session: $85/hour
Face to face: $160/hour

Services

Art psychotherapy is a mental health treatment that uses art to help people express and resolve their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Art therapists are trained in both art and psychotherapy, and they use a variety of art materials and techniques to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Art psychotherapy can be used to treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. It can also be used to help people cope with life stressors, such as job loss, existential crisis, or illness.
