I've had an exceptional experience with Yiz as my therapist. From the very first session, I genuinely felt heard as he fostered a comfortable and trustful environment where I’m able to share my struggles openly.
Yiz worked with me to unravel the complexities of my issues which offered me clarity and a new perspective on how I’m able to tackle my challenges more effectively. Such issues include LGBT identity, workplace relationships, self-worth and so on. He’s been instrumental in my personal growth over the past year which was largely attributed to his deeply personalised approach. He also provided me with the tools and strategies to cope and grow.
I highly recommend Yiz to anyone seeking a compassionate, friendly and effective mental health professional!

Yiz helped me at my lowest point of life, taught me valueable knowedge that i will bring with me for the rest of my life. Thanks to him in just a few months, i went from the most unhappy / stuggling season of my life where i was struggling to find hope in life to the happiest, most hopefull season of my life . Its been a while since i last had a session with him but nowadays whenever i struggle with things in my life such as mental health and all that, sometimes i recall our conversations and find hope again. Dont think i can ever thank Yiz enough for how he has changed my life. More...

I learnt so many things from Yiz that are many times more helpful for life than what I have learnt in school or anywhere. He taught me how to
-set healthy boundaries
-move on from past relationships
-deal with my regrets and cringe attacks
-manage my negative emotions,anger,fear,sadness
-be more assertive
-be less negative
-fix relationship issues
-be more vulnerable and trusting
He makes me feel very safe, assured, trusting. I felt sad when therapy finished, but also many times less anxious, more confident, happier, and have sense of purpose direction in life and relatioship. Thank u Yiz

As a recent ‘graduate’ (!) from therapy with Yiz :,) I can’t overstate what the others have said about their experience with him. I suffered badly from difficult thoughts & feelings due to past trauma, & that affected my identity & relationships. I vividly remember this about Yiz: I came to him helpless, but he never treated me like a helpless ‘child’, instead empowered me with skills & guided me along like an autonomous adult. I still revisit our therapy conversations all the time, & realise how much they helped my growth to be a better & assured person. My only (!) regret about therapy with Yiz was not starting therapy with him earlier, that would have saved me so much time & heartache. If anyone is even reading till this point & considering starting therapy, it will be one of the best decisions you can make for yourself :,) More...

Yiz was the best therapist I’ve seen. He just *gets* me. During our work together I so valued the safe emotional space he provided me with, his expert guidance to help me find my OWN answers for my relationship troubles rather then telling me what to do, his skills in addressing my different mental problems like depression anxiety trauma, his compassion, certainty, belief in me. . and so much more.. writing this just makes me miss our weekly sessions soo much. He helped me regain control over my issues and most important regain trust in myself. I still sometimes hear his wise voice guiding me in my daily life even though therapy has ended.. I wish you everything Yiz and continue helping people like you do best!!) More...

My sessions with Yiz were the first time I felt truly understood by someone else. Granted, it took a couple rough first few sessions to work past my general skepticism and distrust of people (due to my past experiences). .. But Yiz was skilful and patient throughout this process, which helped me eventually open up and work on my issues, something I never thought possible for me. He just has a way to ask the right questions to guide me to important revelations on my every issue. I’m not perfect yet, but looking back I’ve learned so much about myself from him. Looking ahead, I’m actually hopeful now- something the old me could never have said. More...

Yiz helped me through the lowest point of my life; where I was struggling with relationship issues that made me feel really betrayed, stuck, and frustrated. I went through multiple therapists before a friend recommended me to him. With him, it was my first time feeling perfectly comfortable to be vulnerable in sharing what I’ve been through. He has this unique quality that makes someone feel at ease and secure in his presence. More importantly, his expertise in managing my different problems, like anxiety and depression symptoms that he identified, made me feel like his treatment(?)/therapy was thoughtfully crafted for me as an individual. Yiz, thank you so much for making me better!! P.S. D and I eventually made *that* decision and you’re right wasn’t easy but we’ve never been happier :)) More...
Why should our clients choose you?
The most important factor in achieving any client's therapy goals is the therapeutic relationship formed between the client and therapist. This is one of my strengths, but rather than resting on my laurels, I have designed my practice to maximize this factor: from ensuring direct communication between therapist and client for all matters (i.e. no middle-man having access to any confidential info), niching my clientele to Millennials and Gen Z for the best fit, and providing complimentary consultation to ensure that clients get a rough sense of our rapport before proceeding.
