Personal training can be conducted online or remotely if there are issues to meet up face to face, in this scenario the best option would be to conduct the training session through zoom sessions where the personal training sessions will be conducted online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Some of the training if have to be done online, will be conducted through zoom personal training sessions, where the sessions will be more of a HIIT type session while clients follow the session accordingly.
