I meet Keith just after the lockdown, and I was concerned about all the weight I gained after being away from the gym for over a year.
Keith was welcoming and helped me by ensuring I did the right workouts, and we worked on everything from boxing to weight lifting to circuits and more.

I dont dictate to my clients what they need. My clients tell me their goals and we work together to achieve them.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in a rut with my own fitness and nutrition. I came across a PT course and just went in for the experience. As it turned out i learned so much and loved it so much that i stuck with it and realised i loved the industry. I then set out to create my own business and have never looked back

Results driven. Experience driven. I am a black belt in Taekwondo and have ran the Dublin Marathon so i practise what i preach
