VP Flowers was a pleasure to work with for my wedding in July 2019. They put together beautiful bouquets and table arrangements that were exactly as I had envisioned and they also arranged a beautiful custom wedding arch for our ceremony. Lucy was so helpful, friendly and very responsive, answering all of my questions and easily making changes to our plan for the day if I asked, and making the whole process so easy. Called & ordered flowers at 9:30am on a Monday morning hoping they could be delivered into the city centre by 1:00pm,very short notice in my opinion. Spoke to Lucy i think it was.no messing around, paid over the phone flowers delivered on time. I received a bouquet from vp flowers on Monday and by Friday they had started to wilt. I rang them and e mailed them pictures of the flowers. I have used them and recommended them to friends. Andy was fantastic super customer service. He thanked me for contacting them rather just leaving a poor review. I explained to him that I have always been extremely happy with their service and just saw it as once off. They arrived at my door with a fresh bouquet which I didn’t expect. I looked on line for florists in Dublin. Flower arrangements seemed so over priced and not that wonderful. Saw the vintage bouquet by VP florists. Popped in here with my mam yesterday as she had ordered some bouquets for my aunts grave on her anniversary. Excellent value for money as they were really full for ten euro and beautifully arranged. This is a real local business, people who know the importance of taking care of customers and offering a personal service. They also do flowers for weddings and special events. It's a stones throw from the Mater Public and Private hospitals too so pop in and buy a few flowers to cheer someone up before visiting. More...
