We have used Vintage Booth for our last 2 company Christmas parties and they have been brilliant. It really adds that extra fun element to our events and the attendants are always really friendly and flexible. There's a good selection of props and the hire price is very reasonable too. I had booked Retrobooth(sister company of Vintage booth(Vintage booth were fulfilling my order)) for my wedding in June. I paid in full when booking. On the night of the wedding they just never showed up. I was told they had written down the wrong month. This was very disappointing as I was to get a guestbook etc from them. She said they would send me a refund. A week later nothing had appeared in my account so I contacted them and she said that accounts don't release money until close to the end of the month. I still haven't heard anything and they're not replying. I just want to be finished dealing with them but they won't transfer the funds. I will update if they actually send my refund.

Edit: I contacted Vintagebooth again after leaving this review and the refund was given next day, three weeks after the wedding. Vintage Booth are saying they aren't Retrobooth now but I'm just going by the email I received.

We booked Vintage Booth for a Halloween themed corporate party. We were a little late booking but luckily Rachel had mid week availability.  They were professional and friendly to deal with and offered us a range of options for photo styles and branding, which really impressed me. On the day Robert was there early with the booth, which was fantastic, really retro and quirky which everyone loved. They also had a great selection of props to use and Robert sanitised everything between sessions. I'd happily recommend these guys for either corporate or private parties. Because of covid could only have 20 people at my wedding. Still had the photbooth it was great craic the guests loved it. Well worth it my fam said it was the best entertainent.

We booked vintage booth for our April wedding, that was rescheduled twice more due to covid-19. They were very easy to deal with as there was not only 3 date changes, but 3 start time changes and there was never any hassle. Great quality photos and everyone loved it. Vintage Booth were a fantastic addition to my COVID wedding. We cut our numbers down to 50 and didn't need a huge band anymore. Decided to get Vintage Booth for the entertainment and we were not disappointed. All the guests enjoyed the funny props.
