I attend the gym with my school once a week. They are very kind to let up to 60 pupils in the establishment every week. Their equipment is up to date and versatile and the the staff are very helpful. I also take a class every other week which varies from yoga to hardcore circuits. I prefer the classes because the teacher pushes you and motivates you which I enjoy. More...

I've been using the gym since turning 50 a year ago. Herself paid for ten sessions and I pay per session now usually staying for three hours or more once a week. I really enjoy using this place. Good mix of folks all very tolerant. Great equipment and staff. Lots happening by way of classes. A really excellent facility for smallish town like Monaghan and one can only hope it thrives as a commercial business as well as helping to ensure we've a well integrated community of fitness folks here in Monaghan.
