What do you love most about your job?
A truly non judgmental multi-cultural person with high emotional intelligence, I am driven to helping my clients on their transformation journey.
I love connecting with people from any background. Our cultural backgrounds can say a lot about the mode we are operating on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a sales professional and a mum of two young children, I started coaching without realizing it from the age of 10. As the eldest of a big family, I was bestowed from an early age with huge responsibilities and took pride in achieving every single of them and still are. These taught me a great sense of leadership and accountability.
Going through the stages of life, a multi-cultural marriage, I can say I have experienced a great deal about life, human relationships and the dynamics in workplaces as a professional.
But most of all, what motivated me to go for a formal coaching path was this observation in the workplace.
Many employees out there once they got offered a position will be left to their own device, no further internal development or just no incentive from anyone to develop them further or reach out for better opportunities.
And most of the times, the guilt, the shame to ask for help either to your close manager, higher up or to anyone, can leave a person locked up, hopeless.
Still in this silence, they default into the "Fake it until you make it" mode. The rest is history.

My extensive experience working with C-suite executives, and individuals from diverse backgrounds is my core.
From my own professional and personal experience and I would like to offer a safe, confidential space for my clients to gather themselves, reconnect gradually with their vision and passions to build their phased desired transformation.
