Bathroom Installation & Remodel

From the visit to checkout the job for quotation ,Patrick gave advice and changes to what I initially thought and which greatly enhanced the finished job and lowered the costing for me for which I was delighted . The standard of the work and finish was beyond my expectations. The guys were here at 8am each day and on finishing each day the place was clean and tidy . I would recommend this company without hesitation and reservation . More...

Patrick did a great job on the garage conversion. He was tidy, punctual and always professional.

It depends on what you want from the conversion and if you can fit what you want to achieve into the space. A home consultation can normally work this out.

First the home visit, so I can go through what the home owner wants out of their conversion and I can discuss if this is achievable, including a rough estimate of the cost. If the home owner is happy to proceed, I will get to work on supplying the home owner with an official quotation. If they're happy with the quotation I will send over my insurance details and names and numbers of references for the home owner to check. If they are happy to proceed, we will decide a date for the work to begin.
Once work begins, an average garage conversion will take approximately 4-5 weeks from start to finish, with minimal disruption to the home owner.

The most important aspect with a loft conversion is finished ceiling height. The standard average ceiling height for a bedroom is 2400mm . But if your attic conversion is only going to be for storage then you'd get away with a lot less.

First a home visit to inspect the attic to see what is possible and to find out what the home owner is looking for. After they have decided on what is suitable for there needs. I go away and work on their quotation. If they are the happy with their quote and want to proceed the home owner gets a start date. in most attic conversion steel beams are requiredto be installed to hold up the floor they are the first to be installed. Then insulation and plasterboard . If any velux are been installed their next and then the stairs will be installed. And then painting and decorating.

I start in construction when I completed a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship. Then worked in Ireland, Scotland, England and Australia as a carpenter .Because of the experience i gained working as a carpenter for 20 years. Then three years ago I then felt it was time i started my own company.

All our work comes with a ten year guarantee. When we finished with one client we want that client to be delighted with their home. and recommend us to other people for other work. that doesn't work if something breaks in five years and we don't go back to fix it

That when the project is finished and clients looking at it they all say job
well done if their happy i'm happy

With over 20 years experience honest reliable and fully insured your clients can feel at ease knowing that their home is in good hands. And my self and my team will do our best for your clients and their needs.
