What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been through many of life's challenges such as depression, anxiety, abusive relationship, suicide attempts, losing everything and more.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life to regaining myself and loving what I do.

Yes, I have a full online coaching system that helps people getting fitter, stronger, improve their eating habits and strengthen their mindset.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use social distancing, wear a mask when needed and we have hand sanitisers + clean all equipment after each exercise.
