Counselling and psychotherapy
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where women feel safe to remove their emotional masks and show their imperfect, authentic selves.
I help women to recognise their own strengths and heal the trauma that has been holding them back. Gentle self-exploration and prioritising the relationship with self are key aspects of my way of working.
My core values are rooted in person centred counselling, reality therapy, choice theory & logotherapy.
The Duration of each session is 50 minutes and costs 65 Euro
Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is the oldest spiritual tradition know to man, it is an ancient healing practice which connects us with nature and all of creation. Shamanic Healing helps to restore the body's natural energy flow, aids in spiritual development and heals the mind, body and soul.
The duration of each session is 90 minutes and costs 100 Euro
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a powerful yet gentle intervention that is highly effective in changing perspectives and breaking habits.
It uses hypnosis along with other therapeutic methods to relieve emotional distress and change behaviors.
Hypnosis provides a unique way to access our subconscious mind which often bypasses the resistance we can encounter with other therapies. It also teaches valuable skills which enhance our ability to communicate with the subconscious mind.
I also provide personalised Self hypnosis recordings and meditations.
Initial consultation costs 75 Euro,
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a simple, natural method of energy healing which was developed in japan in the 1800's.
It works with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
The duration of each session is 45 minutes and costs 65 Euro
