I was trying to establish a new routine since the lockdowns as I was out of busines and it all was very overwhelming and I didn't know where to start so I felt very anxious. I then did 3 weeks of goal setting sessions with Mary and she helped me to find my main goals, to set up small steps towards those goals and to start new routines that will help me to be more focused and organised and make better decisions.
