The whole process was seamless. Ray texted me very quickly after I put a request to have my porch area tiled.
Ray gave me a quote and agreed to the job immediately
There was a delay in getting ties as they were out of stock but this wasn’t an issue
Ray told me to text me when they were in stock and when I did he was out two days later to do the job. His communication re the job was excellent
He arrived last Saturday morning just as he said he would and had the job completed in less than three hours

I found RC by chance on Bark .com. I had a plumber already and had been let down so many times over last year to get my en-suite tiled and refashioned. Ray responded promptly following my request. . Assessed the job that I requested and date arranged to complete the job.
Ray arrived with graham and Gerry this week to tile the en-suite. . They worked tirelessly and professionally and always kept me updated with progress and advise snd help me with any queries. . The lads just finished today and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results… Ray Graham and Gerry are excellent at their work… work incredibly hard and went out of there way to make sure I was very happy with my results… They take great pride in their work and so incredibly clean and careful while carrying out their work. Ray and his crew came in on short notice, finished quicker than expected and at a very high standard. In fact, when a contractor came in to set skirting boards a couple of weeks later he commented that he thought the tiling had been done to a fantastic standard and asked for the contact details of the tiler.

The only reason why this is not a five star review is because there was grout and dirt in places that did not make much sense, such as walls.
