I booked a day break with Rainforest Spa for me and my daughter and I have to say the Customer Service was absolutely terrible, awful in fact. They took my booking and I gave my card details and only that I phoned the following day did I find out that due to an error on THEIR part my booking had been double booked. On one note I have to say Aoife who answered the phone was lovely and did all she could for me but when I was passed to the manager Karen how different that experience was. I was told "did I expect her to get more staff in for my booking" ? That it was overbooked and that was it. SHE TOLD ME that there was no alternative booking for me as I had limited dates and they couldn't help. She spoke to me very abruptly and there was no way she was going to offer me any alternative. Not even a discount for a reschedule. I gave them my card details and NOT ONCE on the call did she mention my card and give me comfort that it would NOT be debited for my booking. It was their mistake and they admitted that but as for giving me any kind of customer satisfaction to turn my double booking experience into a positive one, I rate them with a huge ZERO only for I have to click on one star to get this posted thats the only reason I have one star rating if I could give -1 I would.
