I offer one to one strength and conditioning sessions online through Zoom with limited sessions available at my PT Studio. These sessions are tailored to meet your needs. I work with everyone no matter your age or stage in life and regardless of what you want to achieve. You might be looking to get a few more percent in a race, to stay on the pitch till the final whistle or recovering from surgery or injury, I can put a plan together that will get you where you need to be.
