The team was professional and helpful. They communicated well, returning calls to answer questions in a timely manner. Tech did an excellent job of cleaning our new home's carpet prior to moving in. He took his time, treating spots and was even able to get out some rust stains and lighten up a other stains on our very light colored carpet. I hired Remi through the recommendations on this page, today he cleaned the carpet on our stairs, landing, bedroom and a rug. Remy was over this afternoon - his service level is fantastic. He is a very nice man and his work is meticulous. I booked Remy to clean a mattress last week. Agreed a time & date, gave him my address. I took time off work to be here when he called. He was due to arrive this morning & no sign of him. I rang twice, no answer, I messaged on Facebook and he came back 2 hours later to say he couldn’t make it. I asked why he didn’t let me know in advance, I still haven’t received a reply. I understand emergencies happen, that’s life but it’s common courtesy and professionalism to let the person know. I wouldn’t recommend or use them again. More...
