Lizzie is fantastic at her job . I’ve been in Lizzie’s Pilates class for 12 years . It was a life changer for me. I walk , swim and sometimes run but Pilates has complimented all activities and none. Lizzie is excellent at communicating her instructions. She has clear knowledge of her subject. Most of all she is warm , welcoming and understanding. Today we started Pilates on Zoom from our homes ! Lizzie took me on as one of her health & wellness coaching clients last summer. I did a 6 week programme with her & the results were truly transformative. I found tha Lizzie has a really sustainable approach, so the results I experienced were long lasting. I knew I had certain food intolerences & always found it a struggle to not fall back into bad habits, but Lizzie gave me so much support in making gradual, but long lasting changes. she supported me in not just food changes, but other areas in my life that needed change. At the end of the 6 weeks of health coaching, I discovered I was pregnant. something that I wasnt focusing on but had struggled with in the past as I have PCOS. Thank you so much Lizzie.
