Please BEWARE.....My mother of 92 years had a leak while I was working away and got a leak in her roof. This company came into her home and told her she had to get a brand new roof and change all guttering even on the downstairs windows.
They took all her savings and she had to borrow from a family member. I came back at Christmas and she was in a bad way because she couldn't afford gifts for anyone.
I went to the guards and they said it's a civil matter.
Please be careful, this is unacceptable and when I tried to get money back the owner said naaaah and hungup.
Disgraceful.
