We provide professional therapy in natural, outdoor settings. We understand that traditional therapy isn't for everyone, and taking sessions outdoors into blue and green spaces can help in many ways.

New Wave Wild Project is an adventure therapy service. We blend professional therapeutic interventions and evidence based practice, with activities, tasks, and challenges in natural blue and green spaces.

As a service, our work draws on our training and experience in diverse areas of social work, psychology, psychotherapy, experiential education, and outdoor leadership. All our work is person-centred, and we practice integrative psychotherapy and incorporate helpful tools such as REBT (CBT), mindfulness, therapeutic play.

We also recently launched our Wild Spaces initiative, this is a one-to-one, in-person, walk-and-talk style therapy initiative which is delivered in buildable blocks of weekly 2-hour outdoor sessions.

There is no fitness requirement and since the focus is on the therapy aspect of sessions, the pace is light.
