This is not some 8 week transformation. My approach teaches lifelong habit changes and principles to lead to lifelong results.

60 minute Initial call to review movement assessment, develop/modify your program and map out a plan to get you to your goals.
Ongoing support to facilitate a deeper understanding of movement for yourself and or your clients.
Daily text support and video analysis via WhatsApp to answer any questions you may have and keep you on track. (Response within 24hrs, Usually Less).
30 Minute zoom calls/check in's when needed to address issues or review goals
