I love getting to meet new people, both young and older through my work and helping them realise their strengths and utilise these strengths to overcome what ever challenges they are facing.

Before returning to education 15 years ago to study psychology I worked as an Operations Manager in the hospitality industry. I loved developing businesses from concept through to fruition. That passion for project/service development stayed with me. I developed and led services for children, adolescents, and their parents and guardians in Ireland and Britain.

I was inspired to create my own business as I believe we cannot focus on improving our mental health without considering our physical health and lifestyle. I created LikeSkillsDojo so I could work holistically with adults, young people and children.

I consider myself to be a friendly, warm, genuine and thoughtful person. I will be led by you. You are an expert in your life. That means I will ensure I use my training in therapy, coaching and health psychology to work flexibly, creatively and collaboratively with you to develop a tailored, unique plan to help you reach your outcomes.

Yes I am currently working on line delivering:
Sleep Improvement Coaching to Children and Teens and
Health and Wellbeing Coaching to Adults.

I am currently working online to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

Services

Health Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy strategies combined to help young people aged 4 to 18 years improve their sleep. I work directly with the young person but the package also includes support for parents/guardians.

95 per session. 360 for 4 session package.

Tailored programme utilising a range of therapeutic, coaching, and health psychology techniques to help adults reach their health and wellbeing goals.
I often work with people with longterm health conditions who are experiencing anxiety or low mood. We work together to help you make changes to your lifestyle, stay motivated in your treatment plan, and overcome challenges you are facing to develop a life that is meaningful and of value to you.
95 per session. 360 for 4 session package.
