La familia responded immediately to my call & dealt with my questioning with kindness & professionalism. We agreed on a date to spring clean the whole bungalow, walls, floors, presses, deep clean oven, baths, showers, tiles, windows & frames, inside & out plus blinds. They even turned up an hour early on the appointed day, to get outside windows cleaned, before torrential rain arrived. The owner was very polite and easy to book. The cleaners came and the house at first glance looked ok.... just like my boyfriend would have cleaned it. .. but I don’t pay him to do it and I don’t hire 3 of him to do it for 6 hours “professionally” .

Save your money and try a different bunch.

There was 3 people here it’s a very small house and they were here for 6 hours . You can imagine how much that cost.

The shower doors were just smudged around none of the lime scale or soap was removed. The shower unit it self wasn’t even touched to remove lime scale, shower head and shower hose are still dirty. The soap dish also dirty. The spare room was hovered ... but the mirrored wardrobe was left dirty.
Bedroom oh boy this one is good... there is dust left under the bed under the bed side locked snd just mopped so the dust snd hair is now smeared all over the floor snd sorts of the dust are stuck to the floor from being mopped. Mine and my boyfriends designer shoes were all moved as you can see the marks on the shoes ( the shoes are dusty so you can see finger marks and the way they were out back it’s clear that they were moved my Hermès boxes were moved and these weren’t even out back properly and with all that “moving” the shelf it self was not even dusted. . . So what were they doing with my items ? The same with my boyfriends designer runners etc. we are far from snobby we like our fashion BUT it’s very uncomfortable to know somebody was here touching our stuff and not actually doing the job they were paid to do.
Main bathroom the same story just wiped quickly now deep cleaned like it was meant to be done. Dust under the radiator and in some corners of the skirting boards.
Kitchen- they left my fridge off for more than two hours and when I told them they spoiled my food they told me the food was ok to eat and my fish and meats and milk were ok to consume.
The tiles in the kitchen at the back of the house. Were not cleaned there is still food stuck to them. The same with fronts of presses and skirting board. Still food stuck to it. The mantle piece was wiped down but not the picture frames or the ornaments.
Windows were “cleaned” or should I say smudged but the cobwebs right next to the window were just left to hang.


I think you all get the jist. Save your money please and go with another company. I really wanted to support a small business and I still do. And I could over look some things and out them down to attention to detail etc ... but touching my things .... no I’m sorry I’m letting you into my home to do a job and instead of doing the job I pay you for you are playing with my things ? No thank you. Never again very very very disappointed. The level of FUCK ALL that was done upstairs just does not allow for the amount of things that were over looked downstairs with 3 staff members here for 6 hours. That is absolutely ridiculous. Hi, thank you for your time to give us a feedback!! We ar small company and we appreciate the good and bad reviews... About the time we spend in there is not a lot when you think u wanted a full deep clean.. Took us 3h,your oven, your kitchen presses inside, your fridge etc.. You have 3 dogs inside the amount of hair everywhere in your fridge, cooker, shower, beds.. Yes we miss few bits like a small corner of cobweb, or 2 small grease spot on your kitchen tile (you send me pictures wit them),2 small ornaments... About your design clothes & shoes I don't think they damage any of them.... But you can't tell to someone else to hire a different "brunch" We done over 100 houses this year and no one complain yet!!! We understand you ar not happy, and we spoke and I apologise and I said I will be down to you to fix the issues, but for only few small thinks you try to ruin everything what my self and my wife we try to build for the last few yrs. I will not say more... Thank you and stay safe 🙏
