How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client recieves a personalised programm from me covering indicidual workouts, nutritional coaching and weekly weight loss goals that will help them achieve the goals we have set out together. A massive part if seeing results is to work on both the phyiscal but also mental aspects of your health. Working through my own JV Health Coaching App, we will work together on daily workouts, nutritional targets as well as daily habits including sleep, stress and water intake to build a more confident you.

Getting the body of your dreams starts with appreciating the body you have and what it can do. From there you can push your body to achieve new goals, new targets and gain the confidence to start your fitness journey.
What do you love most about your job?
Overall I love educating people on the benefits of physical health especially aa we get older and see just how much are bodies can do no matter what age we are.

All Coaching is based soley online through the JV Health Coaching App. You will be set up with your own personalised programme and access to an in app mesaagig system where you can reach me for support 24/7. We do a weekly check in eveey week to recap your week but also plan your next week out. As well as this I wil check in on you three times throughout the week to make sure you are comfortable and achieving your goals.
90 Day Coaching Transformation Package
It takes 21 days to create a habit, but it takes 90 days to change your lifestyle. My 90 Day Transformation Programming is the most recommended package I will personally offer. It consists of a method where we look at your current situation, we evaluate your goals and we determine what it is you need to do each month to be the best version of you.
Monthly Coaching Programme
My Montly Programme is for those that like the option of setting smaller 4 week goals maybe before a holiday or event. However you sill get all the same benefits of coaching. It consists of a method where we look at your current situation, we evaluate your goals and we determine what it is you need to do each month to be the best version of you. If you are happy after 4 weeks you can keep your subscription alive and set a new goal to hit for the following month.
Weekly Coaching Programme
Our weekly coaching programme consists of the same method as our monthly option with the flexibility of paying on a weekly basis. We will still look at your current situation, we will evaluate your goals and we will determine what it is you need to do each week to be the best version of you.
