I’ve lost half a stone since joining Jonathons classes, I’ve toned up. Still want to get more toned but am delighted with results so far. His classes give structure to my week and Mondays class sets the tone for the week with food and exercise. Clothes fit and look better too! looking forward to our next group of classes.
