Can't actually rate their service as they never showed up to collect the keys even though it was arranged earlier in the week. Had it booked in for months and we were let down at the last minute with no contact at all. I wouldn't trust them to look after my pets if they can't even sort their diary to pick up keys. Amazing dog walkers. We have been supported through the flexibility required of a new puppy, an elderly and unwell dog and even the adjustment for the younger to being on his own. Anytime we have needed last minute visits or walks we have been accommodated and it is never an inconvenience. Our dog loves his walks and gets so excited when he hears the van he can barely contain himself! I couldn’t rate the happy pet company any higher. The service Steven and his team offer is second to none. My fiancé and I always dreamed of getting a dog but never thought we would be able to, due to us both working full time. However working with the happy pet company made this dream a reality and we now even have a second dog! Without them this wouldn’t be possible, they have been looking after my boys for two years now and I can’t thank them enough. My dog, Tierney has been walking with The Happy Pet Company since she was a 15 week old puppy. She started getting puppy visits then upgraded to full group walks. She has been walked for 18 months with The Happy Pet Company and she loves it and it gives me peace of mind during the day that she is with people who clearly care for my dog as if she is their own. They are flexible to your needs and without their help I would of struggled with Tierney when my mum was in hospital for a period of time. By taking her out, I could spend more time with my mum. Can’t rate them more highly and I love seeing the photos out with her friends. When I was nervy about letting her off her lead, seeing photos of her off her lead encouraged me to do it and she is great. As long as Tierney is with us, there will be a place for Steven, Jodie and the gang in her life. More...

Fantastic business! I cannot recommend Steven highly enough. He was extremely professional on the introductory visit and took good care of our cat Tara. We definitely made the right decision not to put Tara into a cattery as she is an outdoor cat. I was able to fully relax on holiday with the daily updates on the web site letting me know she was well and had been feeding fine. I especially loved seeing the photo he managed to take of her! Steven is absolutely amazing with my puppy and he has been instrumental in bringing my puppy on during her puppy visits with basic training which has helped her grow in confidence. He has also been a great source of advice and help to a first time dog owner which I am truly grateful for. The Happy Pet Company also has an online system where they post a photo and give an update on each visit which is very reassuring. Very happy to trust Steven and his team with my Puppy. The team at The Happy Pet Company are excellent! Steven has been great from day 1. Any problems with change of days or times (always on my part! ), he tries to accommodate. Julie is an absolute diamond! My 2 dogs love her, even watch out the window for her coming! My 8 month old Labrador pup went out yesterday for the first time with Julie and her Tuesday group, he had the best time, he slept the whole evening! That's a first! I have just used this company for the first time. My partner was scared to fly so we never went abroad. Finally convinced him and booked Steven from the company to Come and chat to me regarding the service. He was excellent, explained everything to me and how to use the online check in system Which is excellent. I come home late last night to 3 very happy cats settled in their own home.
