I had a Samsung fridge freezer installed yesterday, I didn’t get the name of the installer but he’s an absolute credit to your company. He was Eastern European I think, really professional and personable. Explained everything including extended parts warranty, how to operate the fridge etc. Hang on to him. Only negative comment is that I never received a delivery day, just a text to say I would in the next few days. We were home anyhow so all good. Ordered Tuesday night and delivered Thursday lunchtime, can’t get better than that!! More...

Very bad service from Installer. They just want to rip you off. My hdmi cable was falling a bit short on day of installation so the guy said that he will be back next week free of charge and meanwhile I can buy an hdmi cable of my choice. Later he started ignoring my msgs and advised me to reach to office to arrange a visit. The office manager was adamant for me to pay 89 euro service fee to visit my home again. I felt really cheated. Phil was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Deducting stars because we paid €323 in total including call out fee and €89 for wires to be hidden as opposed to selecting the option for trunking or wires on show. I rang to query being charged this but was told by Rodger that drilling the two holes in the chimney breast and running the extension lead cable through it is hiding the wires and that’s how they do alcoves and to paint the trunking. This was not made clear once it was discovered going down through the chimney (plan a) would have been awkward. For the price I expected wires to be chased and not to be left with work to do myself. What they say they can do and what they actually deliver are two different things. I’m not sure how they have all those 5 star reviews because this was not a professional, punctual or responsive service. I fully expect a gaslighting response of “he said she said” undermining my experience. But the bottom line is they were prepared to leave my walls in absolute rag order until I complained in writing with photographs. They advertise an all service and this is not that. First photo is how my walls were left. Second one is when they came back. It took several calls/messages all unanswered. Only got them to come back when I emailed the pics to the office.
