What do you love most about your job?
Facilitating people to drive change in their professional and personal lives, means I get to work with people on what really matters to them - which is a privilege. For me, it means I get to see the real person, and enable them to gain better self understanding and expand their options. Ultimately it is really rewarding to be alongside your clients when they start to drive the change they want in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for developing others - I wanted to focus solely on working with individuals and teams around change.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a solid track record as a coach, and my approach is grounded in the latest coaching research. I work holistically with my clients and have a wide range of tools and techniques at my disposal.
I have an MSC in Coaching, am EMCC accredited and am committed to my own ongoing professional development.

Yes I provide my services through zoom or MS Teams when appropriate.
I agree the format up front with my clients. In some cases a blend of face to face and virtual is most appropriate. Where we agree virtual I will work with the technology preferred by the client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I operate in line with government guidance, and offer both face to face and virtual when face to face is not possible
Professional Individual Coaching
Professional and personal development: building confidence, resilience, leading and managing, building leadership capability, managing conflict, increasing self awareness, driving and leading change, building effective relationships
Team and group coaching
Team coaching - supporting teams in the workplace to improve their effectiveness and results through coaching. Using feedback from the team itself and their core stakeholders, I develop a bespoke programme with the team.
Group coaching - supporting professionals in a group setting to improve their managerial and leadership skills, through training (new concepts) and learning from others (group exercises and sharing), whilst improving their network
Training
I offer bespoke training programmes to suit business needs. My areas of focus are management and leadership development, resilience, hybrid working, coaching skills for managers
