The report he provided was very detailed and thorough, and while all the information seemed a bit overwhelming at first, the structure of the report made it easy to understand the significance of each issue. Gary does not only provide an objective description of all findings supported by photos, but also gives you his professional opinion on the urgency and extent of work required.
