Brilliant service! Only for Marcin I would have ordered the wrong size wardrobe frames. He spotted I had ordered the wrong size, and that the doors and wardrobe frames were of a different size. I was able to rectify before any harm done. Also he exchanged goods when I had made mistakes. And returned goods for me to IKEA and refunded me what I was due. Absolutely great service! He replied to every single email and informed me about any updates in relation to time and dates of delivery. He delivered the items straight to my doorstep at the exact time as agreed and even helped me to carry furniture to designated room. But the best part of it all, was his fee.
