Simple as: BEST gym in Limerick by far. Commit yourself to attend 3/4 times week and let Colm, Jake, Shelby, Darragh, Stephen, Dave and Hugh do the magic. After three weeks you'll start seeing big improvements. Not only that but also, they will brighten your day after long hours in work. They are always in great mood and willing to help; Brenda and the guys will make you enjoy your workout! It completely changed my life. I ended up attending to 6 HIIT sessions every week. They will push you to your max but they will also make sure you learn all the techniques. I'm missing the members there as well! Brenda, Derek , Mike K, Mike Mc, Karen, James, Morgan, Maura, Keith, Brian,... I wish there were more FIT100 here in the States. More...
