Take care of the car rents establishments, in particullar with AVIS, there are a worker who trys to trick you and pay extra services, making you think that this are mandatory to get the car keys, even when i have the reservation paid before to take land in ireland. He said to us that without this extra services we cannot get the car, moreover, he charged more services without said nothing about them, the contract he send me was signed by him... everything like this is was a movie... DONT GO TO AVIS, TAKE CARE, RECORD THE CONVERSATIONS YOU HAVE. Its a shame. More...

I love to see individuals and teams gain clarity to move forward and embrace change in their lives that captures their best selves
What inspired you to start your own business?
Took early retirement from public sector and wanted to continue working part-time. Had already trained as a coach which is a space that I love - so I wanted to continue this work.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a wealth of personal life and career experiences that gives me breadth and depth to flex into the needs of my clients in helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
I am a very grounded individual - value based, authentic, empathetic, and personable in my approach.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my coaching during the pandemic has been online.
Transition Coaching
Transition coaching is for you if you are:
- At a crossroad in any aspect of your life
- Pursuing or facing a change in life direction
- Avoiding change even though you are 'stuck' in your
personal/career life
- Transitioning or desiring to transition into a new
career
- Transitioning into a new phase or chapter in your life
e.g. retiring from employment, entering the 3rd Act
in life.
By engaging in transition coaching, I will partner with you to seek clarity on what you would love in your personal/work life. Together, we will explore what you would love in your life and how best to realise this
with a 'can do' positive and action oriented mindset. Strengths profiling (see later service section) can be incorporated into transition coaching.
Our sessions will be interactive and I will offer you various tools, tailored to your needs to support you in your journey.
Career Advancement Coaching
Career advancement coaching is for you if you are:
- Preparing for job application and interview that clearly captures selection criteria
- Positioning yourself with your 'best foot forward' for promotion and advancing your career inside or outside your organisation
- Wanting to develop confidence in negotiating opportunities for career advancement in your workplace
-Developing strategies that serve you well for career advancement e.g. networking, public speaking/presentations.
By engaging in career advancement coaching, I will partner with you to do a 'root and branch' analysis of your current career and experiences, focusing on your strengths and what avenues these open up for you to. We will shine a light on the best in you and your potential so that you and master your 'best self' in advancing your career. Strengths profiling (see later service section) can be incorporated into career advancement coaching.
Our sessions will be interactive and I will offer you various tools, tailored to your needs to support you in your journey.
Strengths Profiling
I offer a stand alone Strengths Profiling (2 hr session). Discovering your strengths profile is a great opportunity for you to find you what you are really good at, what energises you, and how frequently you use your strengths towards being ‘your best self’ in whatever aspect of your personal or work life you wish
to develop, make decisions about, or move forward with.
The Strengths profiling will involve you completing a strengths assessment which includes 60 strengths in total. Once completed, I will meet with you for a once off coaching session exploring your top strengths to enable you move forward, and in particular tease out strengths that you might need to develop further, relevant to your needs. We will shine a light on what you are great at and at what energises you, and at the same time we will dim the light on your weaknesses.
