Hi Brendan I’m extremely disappointed with your review. You have not only offended me, but attacked the character of someone who is very trustworthy and reliable. If you recall, I actually spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with you trying to understand your issue when I first made contact on the afternoon we spoke. It was actually your schedule that left us in a position that you were unavailable. As a matter of fact, Wendy did call, but you didn’t return it. We then agreed that we would make contact early the following morning, once again, to suit your schedule. As we missed this time slot, you chose to post a bad review. If this is how you treat suppliers or customers, well i’m only too happy we are not working together. Both Wendy and I are in business a long time and we treat people with decency and respect, something you are quite obviously lacking. Regards Declan

Do they have an understanding of who their ideal customers are, who the competition are, what product or service to they excel at and who, within the marketplace can they lean on to promote themselves.

We listen, we think and we respond.
We do this by actively listening to what they have to say. We then think about how we can effect change and using a design thinking methodology we respond with the right solutions for their current challenges.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Feedback on what we call our 5c's : Client, Customer, Competitor, Collaborators & the Climate or Context in which they do business. This is their business ecosystem and regardless of their size, the same approach applies to them all.

Service design is all about making the services we use usable, easy and desirable. Services are all around us; buses, shops, social platforms, doctors, restaurants, technology partners and the media. A service happens over time and is made up of touch points; the people, information, products and spaces that we encounter.
Design has many different definitions, but at its heart it is about solving pain points and the process of translating ideas into reality, making abstract thoughts tangible and concrete. Digital Marketing

Our web process looks at the practice of creating applications that are capable of running within a web browser. Our developers utilise programming and coding language to build complex web process based applications that carry out a functionality for a user. To put it simply, it refers to tasks related to developing websites for hosting via the Internet or Intranet. The development process involves knowledge of web design, digital marketing, content management, client-side and server-side scripting and network security configuration.
