What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The most important information needed from a client is on how their App idea or process will work. Every App has users, be them internal to the business (employees), or external (customers) and each user type has what is called a User Journey. In order to understand the features and functionality needed within the App you will need to map out these user journeys which will be an enormous help to us in understanding and scoping the work required to develop your App.
What do you love most about your job?
Nothing gives us greater satisfaction than delivering a successful project for our customers, on time and on budget. Building strong and lasting relationships with our customers is also critically important to us and the reason why our average customer relationship lasts in excess of 10 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Customer service has always been at the heart of our company and is the main reason we have being able to grow and stay in business for nearly 40 years. Customer service is at the core of the DNA within our company and is what sets up apart from the competition.

We have carried out a review of our Health & Safety policies and procedures and ensured that all our staff are educated as to the steps that need to be taken to protect themselves and our customers from any potential close contact events.
