Hi, I work with women, men and children of all ages (with parental supervision and consent) around food and diet. I can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight and an eating plan that will help you to get healthy and stay healthy. If you’ve been struggling with weight loss or gain, managing a diabetic diet, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), an eating disorder or if you have any other dietary issues, I can help! I qualified in the UK and have a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of London. I also have a great interest in fitness and sports nutrition. I work with in-person or remote consultations.
