I struggled most part of my life with depression until I found the help in a hypno-psychotrherapist.
Within a few sessions I had found purpose in my life and once finished my own program I started studying to become a hypno-psychotherapist myself.

Working in relaxed state (in hypnosis) enables you to find the root cause of your issues that prevent you from becoming the kind of person you want to be and enables to create new neural pathways of changed behaviour.

Coaching is a great tool to help you get unstuck from any issue that may present as an obstacle to achieving what you want, whether that is a better relationship of any kind (parental, work, intimate etc.) a better career, getting back into the workforce, becoming more outgoing etc.

Following your intuition to answer traditional coaching questions will guarantee that you take the right steps for you to achieve what you want. The right steps means they are aligned with your true nature and therefore you true desires, even keeping in consideration various restrictions that you may be bound by, ie. family, work etc.

This will ensure you can move forward in harmony with yourself, hence with no guilty feelings and regrets, what ever your choices will be.

Hypnosis is a meditative state and is used as a tool to implement the changes you want in yourself, whether they be reduced stress and anxiety, increased self-esteem, anger management or depression, as well as stop smoking and weight-loss and other issues too.

Using a meditative state makes it easy to work with both feelings and core beliefs created from your life experiences, hence enabling what in neuroscience jargon is called your 'brain re-wiring', which in practice is actual change in your thinking and behavioural patterns, thus making it easy to achieve your goals.

Counselling helps you to explore your difficulties and to see problems from a different perspective so you can learn to cope better with your feelings/emotions.
In doing so you can learn to react differently to life challenges with a view to facilitate positive change for yourself.

Enhanced Counselling uses the power visualisation and working with your feelings to clear built up emotion so you become more resilient and can deal better with daily life as well as make the best decisions for yourself.

Psychotherapy helps you see how your past experiences have shaped your personality and your behaviour, which can have a negative effect in your life at present.
You will be helped navigate your issues better by means of changing your behavioural patterns so you get new, more positive outcomes.

You will be taught techniques to release stress and work with your feelings so you can get untangled more easily from unresolved issues; in this way you become more resilient and able to deal better with your daily life.
